Florin Barbu
Managing Director
Florin Barbu is the founder and visionary behind BCF Contracting Group.
Florin is a curious guy who is always in a state of learning and discovering new things. With his positive attitude and never-ending optimistic approach, he is always looking to collaborate and improve himself and all around him. His attention to detail and ability to coordinate complex tasks bring all around him and the entire team to a harmonious unity.
Cornelia Barbu
President
Cornelia Barbu, co-founder of BCF Contracting Group, believes that anything is possible if you can dream and work hard for your vision. She loves to empower people to achieve their goals and effective communication is her superpower. Other joys in her life include reading, fashion, interior design, and, of course, her husband, Florin with whom she loves to travel or discover new staycation ideas.
Roxana Vornicu
Marketing Manager
Roxana Vornicu, our social media manager, is a bookworm, creative thinker and freelance writer. In her spare time, when she doesn’t travel somewhere with her husband and teenage daughter, she writes novels, reads poetry, or dips her soul into meditation and all things spirituality.
Oral Kerr
Site Supervisor
Oral has been with BCF from the very beginning and is and had always been a very honest, loyal and hard-working pillar of BCF Contracting team. He enjoys soccer and is a huge Chelsea fan. He loves watching soccer games, cooking in the weekends and spending time with his family. His dedication to the company and attention to safety have always been his priority.
Daniel Stoian
Lead Cabinet Maker
Daniel is a true master of finish carpentry. He has a high level of skill and attention for details when it comes to all things custom-built. An extremely fast learner he can work on any environment. He enjoys his quiet time and loves to build his virtual farm (Farmerama.)

Custom Millwork Specialist
Daniel is a dedicated craftsman with a dual expertise in site management and fine cabinetry. He brings a meticulous eye for precision to every project, ensuring that structural integrity meets aesthetic excellence.
